Helping with the extraction of sperm when you are a nurse in a sperm donation clinic has become a very challeging task after the new safety protocols for minimum contact with patients.Rules are very strict and all nurses must maintain safe distance from every patient. Workload became too much for everyone due to anxious boys that were unable to deliver the sample by themselves. I explained to my boss that helping those patients can be done without breaking the safety rules. Skillful toes are rare but they can get the job done fast while keeping distance from the patient. I showed him my idea in practice, just a little bit of frenulum caressing with my slippery toes. It only took about 5 minutes and he was done, I left him exausted and in shock. I assured him I can achieve the same results with anyone and that he shouldnt worry about rush hours either, as I can use one foot to massage the patient’s balls. This deep foot massage on balls can literally get the sperm moving faster than a hand would. He was convinced. He suggested I should do it discreetly and quietly and he offered the spare nightshift room where it’s unlikely I’ll be interrupted. I was relieved from most of my other duties as a nurse. Most of the day my only job was to take care of my feet and keep them moisturized. I love my job!
