Anna and Chris sat cross-legged on the couch, controllers in hand, eyes locked on the screen. The race ended with a loud Victory! flash – Chris had won again.
“Ugh! That’s four times now,” Anna huffed, tossing her controller down.
Chris smirked, leaning back on his hands. “Come on, Anna. I’m already beating you four times. You really think the fifth will be any different?”
Anna narrowed her eyes, a mischievous glint sparking in them. “Maybe not… but how about we make it interesting?”
Chris raised a brow. “What do you mean?”
She crawled a little closer, her voice softer now. “I’ve noticed how you’ve been looking at my feet lately, Chris. You think I don’t see that?”
His face flushed slightly, but he didn’t deny it.
Anna stretched out her legs, slowly letting her soft, pampered feet slide into his lap. She smiled slyly, “I’ll let you enjoy a little reward, so after you letting me win!”
“Deal,” he said immediately, voice a little rougher than before.
